    Description

    This is a 25 page booklet with the Constitution, By-Laws and Rules of the Felchville Lodge of the I. O. O. F.  At the back of the booklet is the membership card of C. C. Hutton who was initiated on May 31, 1899.  The booklet is pocket-sized and has a leatherette cover.  It is in good condition with a little foxing but no serious damage.  It is 5 & 5/8" by 3 & 3/4"
