  • Condition: This box shows some wear which is not unusual for something around 50 years old. The hinge to open still works and is completely connected. The paper advertisement has some light folds and '78 is written in the corner - perhaps giving some provenance to the age of the box.

    Description

    This cigarette box was found in my grandmother's possessions back in the 90's.  It is in decent shape with edge wear and tear.  I came across the advertisement in an old Saturday Evening Post from 1978 which advertises a selection of Sherman's cigarettes and it included the box for sale.
    This sale includes both the box and the advertisement which will be stored inside the cigarette box when you get it.
    Trying to raise some funds while unemployed during this pandemic.  My job will be one of the last added back. Thanks in advance.
